The Realkey Cross Belt Sorter is a sophisticated system for sorting parcels and cartons with precision. It integrates tracks, carts, cross belts, recognition, and communication technology. Carts, chained along the track, use perpendicular belts--hence "Cross Belt"--to transport items, loaded manually or automatically. At sorting stations, belts activate to ensure accurate placement.
Available in circular or linear formats, these sorters perform exceptionally. Circular models achieve 2 meters per second, handling 22,000 items per hour, while linear ones reach 1.5 meters per second, sorting 8,000 items hourly. They're perfect for high-throughput, multi-directional sorting in courier services, e-commerce, fashion, food, cosmetics, airports, and pharmaceuticals.
